I remember thinking then and now how frustrating Faybian was for me. That and enjoy seeing some beautiful melanin. At the very least you should find enjoyment in some good storytelling across the board and get a good laugh or feel some feels here and there. I hope these articles and this content can be useful to some of my readers, or maybe for some people you may know. Not to mention some very pragmatic and useful information that would turn out to make my experience some of the most enjoyable moments I continue to treasure. These films showed me sides of myself that I could recognize, some I don’t like to admit are there even still, and certain things I can be proud I have overcome. Whether it be books, shows, films or the people I was fortunate enough to meet along the way, these people, including the creators of the content that really showed me different perspectives, was so much more valuable than I ever could have anticipated.
